Ultrasound Tech Location: Bangor, ME Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,726 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Sonographer Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: Vascular Testing Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: BLS Certifications: RVT or RVS required Must-Have: Pediatric and adult experience Description: 5/26 start needed. Manager interviews required. Certified Stroke Center with Level II Trauma capability. Receives air flights and serves a large area. Minimum experience of at least 2 years is required. First-time travelers will not be accepted. Patient types will be discussed during interview. Average patients seen per day will be discussed during interview. Skills required will depend on need and will be discussed during interview. Support on the unit is provided by a lead tech and physician support. Technology and equipment includes EMR. Floating may occur between different facilities. Scheduling specifics will be discussed during the interview. RTO requires manager approval.
