Job Description Saint Luke's Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Neuro Oncology Team. Position: Registered Nurse - Neuro Oncology Schedule: Full Time, 36 Hours/Week - Days Come join the oncology team at Saint Luke's Hospital. The Neuro Oncology unit is an inpatient unit that specializes in care of Oncology patients. Minimum qualifications for this position are an ASN degree and the BLS certification. Chemo certification is not required to be in hand to apply. Highlights of the residency program include: 12-month, evidence-based program (NCSBN Transition to Practice model) 1:1 preceptorship dedicated mentors & clinical educators Strong leadership support and shared governance Build confidence, clinical skills, and your long-term nursing career Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
