Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Mishawaka, IN Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Description A PACE program in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with Geriatrics training to serve as Medical Director . The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, supervise providers, oversee quality programs, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for frail seniors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise PCPs and APPs, and guide healthcare teams Conduct physical exams, develop treatment plans, and manage participant care Oversee Quality Assurance and clinical protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate participants/families Participate in on-call rotation and team decision-making Requirements ?
