This role involves providing comprehensive ENT care, performing surgeries, collaborating with subspecialty teams, and participating in backup call coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope ENT care in clinic and surgical settings Perform surgeries across hospital and outpatient surgery centers Collaborate with audiology and medical/surgical subspecialties Participate in backup call coverage with APP support Contribute to practice decisions on workflow, scheduling, and patient volumes Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees Requirements ?
