The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours generally from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on patient volume. Therapists are required to take call during evenings and weekends. Rotations for weekend call involve two therapists taking call for two weeks in a row. Call responsibilities also include major holidays, which are rotated yearly for fairness. The average patient volume is approximately 50 per day. Therapists will utilize equipment such as Varian Edge with HyperSight and Identify, Varian Ethos with Vision RT, and Siemens Go Open Pro Simulator. The record and verify system used is Aria. A fingerprint requirement process allows for remote completion within 10 days. In-person completion can be done the week prior to the start date.
