In Home Healthcare RN-Day Shifts

Aveanna Healthcare, a preeminent provider in home healthcare services, is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team for day shifts in caring for patients in their homes. This position offers the unique opportunity to make profound impacts on patients’ lives by delivering personalized nursing care that fosters their comfort and wellness. As a key member of our dedicated healthcare team, you will use your exceptional nursing skills to assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients in their homes. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate health care records. Operate medical equipment and administer medication and injections as prescribed. Instruct patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner. Assist with the implementation of patient care plans and the assessment of patient needs. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care Proficient in using medical software and record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compassion for patients and dedication to patient privacy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of service CPR certified Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as home visits are required
