Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team, providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders. As an ABA Therapist, you will work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that help our patients reach their fullest potential in a familiar and comforting home environment. Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA. Collect data on patient progress and adjust interventions as needed. Engage patients in skill-building activities designed to foster independence. Communicate regularly with families and healthcare team members to ensure consistent care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Proficiency in behavior analysis and intervention techniques. Strong observational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
