Job Description Job Title: Part-Time Hospitalist – Internal or Family Medicine Location: Green Bay, WI Schedule: 7–10 shifts/month | Flexible scheduling Compensation: $200–$250 per hour Position Overview We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join the Green Bay care team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule, manageable patient load, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered team. Key Responsibilities - Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in acute or post-acute settings - Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges - Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families - Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the EMR - Participate in quality initiatives and promote clinical excellence Schedule & Workload - 7–10 shifts per month - 5–6 hours per shift - Flexible scheduling; full-time availability optional Qualifications - MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain - Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred - Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills What We Offer - Competitive compensation: $200–$250/hr - Flexible schedule tailored to your availability - Supportive, team-based environment focused on high-quality care - Quick interview process to get you started faster
