Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring that all mobility aids are handled properly. Maintain accurate records of travel activities, including times and mileage, using Veyo's proprietary technologies. Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including sanitization procedures of transport vehicles. Provide excellent customer service, addressing and escalating patient concerns as needed.
