Job Description Acute Care Surgeon - Division of Acute Care Surgery - Wilmington, NCThe Division of Acute Care Surgery is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Acute Care Surgeon to join our high-volume, academically focused group on the coast of North Carolina. This full-time position includes clinical responsibilities in Emergency General Surgery, Trauma, and Surgical Critical Care, with additional opportunities for research, education, and quality improvement.Our team consists of 7 full-time Acute Care Surgery faculty supported by surgical residents and advanced practice providers. The division handles approximately 3,800 trauma cases annually, with a similar volume of EGS patients.
