Registered Nurse

Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Williamson, WV, and contribute to our mission of enhancing community health through our innovative care and wellness programs. This role requires a compassionate professional capable of delivering high-quality patient care and implementing effective healthcare services tailored to the needs of our local community. Provide direct nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Participate in the development of new health programs and initiatives. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Adaptability to changing environments and technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid RN license from the State of WV or eligible for licensure BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification recommended
