Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Arlington, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,947 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: CST/ORT Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Required licensure as applicable Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Meditech experience Description: This unit features ten operating rooms and two endoscopy suites. The number of staff varies by shift. Typical day shift staff includes a charge RN, three RNs, two CNAs, and one to three sitters. Night shift staff consists of a charge RN, RNs, and CSTs. Patient ratios are 1:1. The unit is equipped with standard surgical equipment and utilizes Meditech for electronic medical records. Candidates should have at least five years of experience, with Meditech experience being essential. Preferred experience includes neuro and vascular procedures. All types of procedures are performed except transplants. Ideal candidates are flexible and work well in a team environment. There are on-call requirements and holiday coverage.
