Nuclear Medicine Tech Location: Santa Barbara, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,355 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: CA CPDH NMT License Certifications: ARRT N or NMTCB, BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience - Charting system experience (preferred: Epic) - Travel experience required Description: Every Saturday from 0700-0800 to 1530-1630. The role involves performing nuclear medicine procedures. Ability to store, handle, and dispose of radioactive materials safely is required. Proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs is essential. Experience with adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients is beneficial. Daily census includes managing 60-70 patients with approximately 30 visits per day. Interdisciplinary support is available within the team. Candidates should be familiar with infection control practices, including isolation precautions and PPE.
