Service Desk Analyst

Our IT Department is looking for a full time Service Desk Analyst to join their team! This is a 40 hour position Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities: Answer calls from users within Community Care Help desk ticketing system Troubleshoot windows and office User account administration Participate on a professional help desk, focused on providing exceptional customer support Use a wide variety of tools to deliver accurate data and information Ability to quickly transition from project work to incoming call(s) Suggest, support, and participate in the quality initiatives undertaken by Community Care Physicians Perform other related duties as delegated by immediate supervisor Work on-call on a rotational basis among Help Desk team If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!
