Job Description Are you a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We are a private, therapist-owned pediatric clinic seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while working in a supportive environment that values clinical autonomy, professional growth, and work-life balance. Primarily clinic-based pediatric caseload Serving children birth through 18 years old Full-time or part-time opportunities available Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., speech therapists, physical therapists, and other providers) to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate and support caregivers through home programs and strategies Adapt therapy approaches to meet each child’s unique developmental needs Foster a positive, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure) Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and family-centered approach Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team What We Offer Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Insurance stipend Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid continuing education (CEU) opportunities Supportive, therapist-led leadership that understands your role Opportunities for professional growth and specialization A positive, team-oriented culture where your voice matters
