Job Description We’re hiring an experienced Certified Trauma Registrar (CSTR) for a dynamic healthcare facility supporting trauma data and registry operations. Location: Riverhead, NY Position Type: Contract / Full-time (as applicable) ? Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Schedule: Monday – Friday (Guarantee 37.5 hours / week) No weekends • No call Compensation $1,687 weekly gross Role Overview • Manage trauma registry data and ensure compliance with ACS standards • Perform data abstraction and reporting using trauma databases • Collaborate with clinical teams to support trauma program quality Responsibilities Include • Abstracting and entering trauma data into ESO Trauma Database • Identifying trauma cases using ACS inclusion/exclusion criteria • Performing concurrent and retrospective patient tracking • Preparing and configuring reports for trauma data analysis • Participating in weekly meetings and collaborating with teams • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of trauma registry data Work Expectations • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Effective communication with clinical teams • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interested or know someone who is?
