Med Aide

We are currently seeking a compassionate Med Aide to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care. The Med Aide will be integral in administering medication and assisting with daily healthcare needs under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Administer daily medications to patients as prescribed and monitor for any side effects or reactions. Assist in the documentation of patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and reassure them during treatments. Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in daily care activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Attend training sessions to enhance professional growth and stay updated with healthcare practices. Ability to accurately administer medication and perform treatments as instructed Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards Problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medication Aide (CMA) from an accredited program CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
