Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Midland, TX, supporting a caseload of 60-65 students within a school setting. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning by providing specialized speech and language services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population. Supervise up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation. Support bilingual students; bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. Qualifications and Experience: Current SLP licensure. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in school-based settings. Ability to manage a student caseload effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
