Headway is searching for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our innovative team. At Headway, we strive to simplify the connection between patients and mental health professionals. By integrating health insurance, we make mental health services more accessible and affordable. In this role, the successful candidate will provide psychological assessments and treatments to help improve our patients' mental health and well-being. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and document patient progress. Engage in ongoing education to stay current with the latest psychological therapies and treatment methodologies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the clinic's development initiatives. Strong clinical skills in psychological assessment and treatment. Ability to empathize with patients and maintain a professional detachment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using digital health records and telehealth platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Valid state license to practice psychology. Board Certification in Clinical Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) is preferred but not required.
