Registered Nurse Surgical Trauma

You will collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to pioneering new methods for improving patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical trauma patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing policies. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and injury prevention. Monitor patient recovery and respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality and safety guidelines. Strong clinical skills in a surgical or trauma setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN) preferred.
