As a Nurse Supervisor, you will ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, oversee patient care, and mentor nursing staff to achieve excellence in all facets of their duties. Manage and oversee the nursing staff to ensure compliance with standard healthcare regulations. Develop and implement nursing care plans and oversee patient care. Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvements. Organize and lead training sessions for nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient treatment plans. Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy. Participate in administrative decision-making regarding department operations.
