Physician (Urgent & Primary Care)- Tacoma, WA

Job Description Job Title: Physician (MD/DO) - Urgent & Primary Care Location: Tacoma, WA Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM No weekends. No on-call. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a primary and urgent care setting - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions - Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging - Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Qualifications: - MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Washington State medical license - Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine - DEA license (or eligible to obtain) - Current BLS certification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with EMR systems Compensation & Benefits: - Consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM - No nights, weekends, or on-call - Malpractice coverage provided Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - No PTO at this time - 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment
