This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced childcare environment and is passionate about team development and program quality. Role Responsibilities People Leadership Recruit, interview, and schedule teaching staff Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching and performance feedback Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum Create weekly staff schedules and maintain classroom ratio compliance Support teacher growth through mentoring and ongoing development Manage employee documentation in accordance with Massachusetts EEC regulations Center Management Maintain daily compliance with all Massachusetts licensing requirements Partner with the Center Director to support enrollment growth and family engagement Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative center culture Qualifications Minimum 1 year of early childhood leadership experience (2 preferred) Professional teaching experience with infants through preschool Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Director I and Director II credentials required Strong knowledge of Massachusetts EEC licensing standards CPR and First Aid certification preferred Apply today to join The Learning Experience – Foxboro and lead with purpose in a high-quality early education environment.
