Job Description Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist position with an established mechanical circulatory support program Academic affiliation with The Brody School of Medicine at ECU BC/BE physician with fellowship training in advanced heart failure required Join an established team of advanced heart failure cardiologists, a heart failure surgeon, pharmacist, social worker, and six APPs Destination LVAD center with cardiogenic shock program Established CardioMEMS center, pulmonary hypertension program, and active heart failure clinical trials and registries Invasive procedures include heart catheterization and CardioMEMS implantation Built-in referral network spanning a 29-county service area Located inland off of the North Carolina coast, 45 miles east of interstate 95, just over an hour to Raleigh, a little over an hour to the pristine beaches of the Crystal Coast of NC.
