Pulmonary and Critical Care Consultants is a physician-owned, independent private practice that has served the Dayton metro area for over 40 years. Our team includes 13 board-certified physicians in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. We are proud to offer a unique opportunity to practice medicine with autonomy while maintaining strong affiliations with Premier Health Network and Miami Valley Hospital. We are seeking 1–2 Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, academic involvement, and leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities In the Hospital: - Manage critically ill medical and surgical patients in multiple ICUs - Perform ICU and pulmonary procedures (intubations, chest tubes, bronchoscopy, central/arterial lines) - Participate in a robust Interventional Pulmonology program - Care for complex patient populations including ECMO, transplant, and neurosurgical cases - Engage in teaching, research, and hospital leadership roles In the Clinic: - Provide continuity of care for patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders - Collaborate with and support Advanced Practice Providers - Foster strong communication with multidisciplinary teams - Participate in outpatient teaching and administrative initiatives Practice Locations: Hospital ICUs: - Miami Valley Hospital and other Premier Health facilities in Dayton, OH Outpatient Clinics: - Multiple locations across the Dayton metro area Qualifications - Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care - U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary: $300,000–$400,000/year - 401(k) with employer contributions - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Paid malpractice insurance - CME stipend and relocation assistance - Academic appointments at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine How to Apply If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and want to grow in a supportive, physician-led environment, we’d love to hear from you.
