Job Description PRIDE HEALTH IS HIRING Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics Outpatient Outpatient Therapy Clinic 13 Week Contract | Day Shift - 4x10s (7:45am - 6pm) Position Overview Pride Health is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient setting. This role focuses on treating children with autism, developmental delays, and speech/language disorders in a collaborative, family-centered environment. Please Note: First-time travelers will NOT be considered Candidates must be comfortable working with children with autism and their families Start date will be ~8 weeks from offer due to credentialing requirements Opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion Key Responsibilities Provide evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients with speech, language, and developmental disorders Manage a caseload of ~8 patients/day Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on care plans and therapy techniques Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC (REQUIRED) Patient Population / Diagnoses Autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges Developmental and neurodevelopmental delays Expressive & receptive language delays Articulation disorders and stuttering Complications from prematurity Required Skills Pediatric outpatient experience (REQUIRED) Experience with autism, developmental delays, and language disorders Proficiency with adaptive communication devices and communication boards Strong dysphagia/feeding therapy skills Experience with evaluation tools (CELF, PLS-4, Rossetti, etc.) Strong patient/family education and documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience in children’s hospitals, home health, or pediatric rehab Dysphagia and feeding therapy experience Augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) Requirements CCC-SLP certification Active State License (or pending at time of submission) BLS certification Experience with EPIC documentation system (REQUIRED) Additional Details Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Clinic Visits per Day: 8 Rooms: 8 Schedule: Day shift Referral Bonus Alert!
