The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy services, create and implement treatment plans, and facilitate interventions to support clients' mental health and overall well-being. Responsibilities also include conducting clinical assessments, collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and maintaining accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health therapy Proficiency in providing Family Therapy and working with diverse client populations Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Master's degree in a Counseling, or a related field Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (or state equivalent) Experience with remote therapeutic services is a plus
