RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a leadership position and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care during overnight weekend shifts. The position offers consistent scheduling with the opportunity for additional hours. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend night shifts Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained Act as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational issues Coordinate staffing assignments and workflow Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies as needed Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to nursing staff Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of New York) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – Required BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Required Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Important Details: 13-week contract position Shift is 12 hrs/Nights Sat–Sun | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM | 24 hrs/week Location is Brooklyn, NY 11219 Hourly Pay Range: $70 - $74 Call to Action: Spots Are Filling Quickly — Apply Now!
