Job Description Role Description The Chief Clinical Officer will oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and psychiatric services. This full-time hybrid role, based in Dallas, TX with some remote flexibility, involves supervising clinical staff, managing program development, implementing best practices in patient care, and collaborating with other leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic planning to expand access to care. Qualifications Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine in clinical settings. Strong experience in Nursing Management and Program Development. Expertise in Behavioral Health, including psychiatric care and mental health services. Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support a patient-centered approach. Experience in a hybrid work environment or managing remote teams is an advantage. Advanced degree in Psychiatry, Nursing, or related healthcare field; board certification preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements within healthcare and psychiatry sectors.
