Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Alabama SLP credential to work in a dynamic school setting. This contract position supports a diverse caseload within a learning center environment, providing targeted speech-language services to students with a range of needs. Location: Odenville, Alabama (Onsite with potential for hybrid or VOCO arrangements based on candidate availability) Contract Duration: ASAP through May 23rd, 2026 Schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of 49 students, ranging from elementary to high school levels Focus on meeting the needs of a high-need student group, primarily grades 5 and below, with some involvement with high school students Collaborate with educational staff to support student progress and participate in team meetings Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement effective treatment plans Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid Alabama state licensure as an SLP Prior experience working within school settings preferred Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to individual student needs Strong organizational and communication skills Benefits: Opportunity to impact student communication and academic success directly Supportive educational environment Flexible onsite/remote schedule options subject to arrangement Interested candidates will participate in a virtual interview with the director via Zoom.
