Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Chapel Hill, NC Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $1,971 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift & Schedule Shift: Nights Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 3×12 (36 hours/week) Weekends: May be required based on department needs Holidays: Required (Every Other Holiday) On?Call: Not required Description Provides safe, competent perioperative nursing care in a Level?1 Trauma OR. Coordinates patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate). Works with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Prioritizes care for patients with complex surgical needs. Performs required bedside testing and follows all hospital policies and standards. Supports patient and family education based on readiness and learning needs. Participates in unit goals, safety initiatives, and performance improvement. Promotes a clean, safe, and efficient OR environment. Requirements Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Trauma Level 1 experience required Experience in Operating Room required Education Requirements Required: Nursing Diploma OR ADN/ASN from an accredited nursing school Preferred: BSN or MSN Certifications & Licensure Required: Active North Carolina RN license BLS (AHA or ARC)
