Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Regional Float Pool

Provide high-quality nursing care in various critical care units throughout the health system. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate care plans and interventions. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
