We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding US Consumer Marketing team. We are seeking a passionate marketer, skilled communicator with a proven track record in managing and growing social channels. Role expectations • Own the paid social strategy across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, X/Twitter), ensuring alignment with broader business and marketing objectives. • Develop annual and quarterly channel roadmaps, defining channel roles, investment strategy, testing priorities, and success metrics. • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social campaigns, ensuring performance, efficiency, and scalability. • Drive strategic partnerships with social platform partners, leading joint planning, testing roadmaps, and innovation opportunities. • Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to shape creative strategy, ensuring content is platform-native, audience-relevant, and performance-driven. • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and QA processes, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices. • Analyze performance and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations that inform optimization and future investment decisions. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working to scale social media impact over time. • Mentor and guide junior team members and agency partners, setting a high bar for strategic thinking and execution. What were looking for • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 6-10 years of consumer marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on paid social media. • 4 years of hands-on paid social experience, managing significant budgets across multiple platforms. • Demonstrated experience owning channel strategy and driving measurable ROI across large-scale paid social programs. • Deep expertise in platform-native social strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms. • Strong understanding of the digital consumer ecosystem, including paid, owned, and earned social, and how they work together across the funnel. • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans. • Experience with media planning, budget management, testing frameworks, and performance analysis. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
