This role offers an opportunity to provide essential social work services within a school setting, assisting students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral challenges to promote their academic and personal success. Responsibilities: - Deliver social work services to students, including counseling, crisis intervention, and case management. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individual support plans. - Address the social and emotional needs of elementary-aged children. - Maintain confidential records and documentation in compliance with school policies. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment.
