In this vital role, you will work directly under licensed occupational therapists to help patients across our network recover and enhance their daily living and working skills. Your contributions will directly impact our patients’ rehabilitation outcomes, providing you with a rewarding and spirited workplace environment tailored to advancing health and holistic recovery. Assist occupational therapists in assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans. Implement therapeutic processes under the guidance of a licensed occupational therapist. Monitor patient progress and maintain records of patient therapy sessions. Educate patients and families about home programs and discharge plans. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures and contribute to patient safety and quality of care. Maintain equipment and space used during therapy sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficient in using therapy equipment and tools Basic knowledge of healthcare safety and infection control procedures Capability to document and report treatment results effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license is required. CPR certification preferred.
