With three hospitals and dozens of outpatient practices, we provide comprehensive, community-focused care with the full support of a robust health system. About Berkshire Health Systems - Hospitals: - Berkshire Medical Center – 300-bed full-service community hospital in Pittsfield - North Adams Regional Hospital – Critical access hospital serving North County - Fairview Hospital – Critical access hospital serving South County - Network of Care: - 12 Primary Care outpatient clinics (Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics) - Multiple urgent care centers - Outpatient psychiatry and addiction medicine clinics - Collaborative Support: All primary care sites are backed by specialists and resources from our hospitals, ensuring seamless patient care. Position Highlights - Competitive Base Salary: $299,000 - Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 - Annual Bonus Opportunity: 6% - CME Allowance - RVU Incentives: Significant earning potential once you transition from our guaranteed base plan to our production plan. - Guaranteed Base Salary Plan: All new physicians start on a guaranteed base salary with no RVU requirements, allowing time for training and adjustment without pressure to meet patient volume targets Team & Support - Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support - Dedicated Medical Assistant support - Collaborative environment with strong specialist backup - Focus on work-life balance and a positive, supportive culture Why Berkshire?
