Behavioral Specialist in School Setting - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania

Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior Specialist position is available in a school setting located in Clarks Summit, PA. This onsite contract role involves working directly within the school environment to support students through applied behavior analysis techniques. Responsibilities include: Implementing behavior intervention plans in collaboration with a supervising BCBA Providing one-on-one support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to inform interventions Collaborating with educators and support staff to promote positive student outcomes Participating in virtual supervision sessions with the assigned BCBA Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to engage students with diverse behavioral needs Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to participate in virtual BCBA supervision sessions The assignment is full-time from ASAP through June 9, 2026. Two positions are available. Specific caseload details will be provided upon hire. The contract is onsite at the school location in Clarks Summit, PA.
