Oversee the unit's daily operations, including staff scheduling and patient flow. Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in the SICU. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Mentor and train new staff, promoting ongoing education and professional development. Implement and review healthcare policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Manage patient documentation and records with accuracy. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care.
