Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN

At HCA Healthcare, we seek a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team of compassionate medical professionals. In this role, you will coordinate comprehensive care for patients in our behavioral health units, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of specialized services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient-specific treatment plans, facilitate communications, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise will be crucial in managing staff training, overseeing patient safety, and enhancing service delivery across the board. Implement and review treatment plans for patients with mental health issues, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to adjust care as needed. Supervise and train nursing staff in delivering high standards of patient care. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Ensure all regulatory, institutional, and departmental compliance standards are met in the administration of patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote and integrate behavioral health services across the facility. Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of behavioral health disorders Ability to manage high-stress, fast-paced environments Proficiency in EMR systems and computer literacy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification Psychiatric-mental health nursing certification (preferred)
