Provide comprehensive patient care in a trauma med-surg setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for trauma patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and respond to medical emergencies. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety guidelines. Advanced knowledge of trauma care and surgical procedures. Ability to operate standard medical equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
