Physical Therapist

In this role, you will provide essential rehabilitation and therapy services to a diverse patient base, helping to restore, enhance, and increase functionality. Working within our state-of-the-art facilities, you will develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of individual patients, ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations. Evaluate patient conditions based on clinical assessments and diagnose disorders and injuries. Create custom treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs emphasizing functional improvement. Utilize various techniques such as exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to aid in patient recovery. Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and diagnostics Ability to handle physical activities and assist in patient mobility Outstanding patient management and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and record-keeping Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice CPR and First Aid certifications recommended Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is advantageous
