Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide vital patient care services Develop tailored care plans based on patient conditions and consult with healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on health care plans and prevention strategies Maintain patient health records and report on patient status to supervising physicians Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations concerning health care Strong clinical skills in patient health assessment Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families Ability to manage time effectively to ensure care is delivered promptly Capacity to work independently and make informed clinical decisions Proficiency in using medical software for patient documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or other specialized nursing certifications
