Manage documentation of patient care and compliance with health regulations. Ensure all healthcare protocols and safety standards are met. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
