Your primary aim will be to enhance mental wellness and patient outcomes through specialized diagnostic techniques, personalized treatment plans, and compassionate care. Conduct patient evaluations, including assessing mental health conditions and disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Prescribe medication and monitor its effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary. Provide psychotherapy and counsel patients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance care. Stay updated with advancements in psychiatry to improve patient care. Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality and compliance. Proficient in various diagnostic and therapeutic psychiatric techniques. Strong empathy and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
