Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations of the oncology nursing department. Ensure adherence to all hospital and departmental policies and regulations. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff. Evaluate patient care plans and advocate for necessary changes to enhance patient outcomes. Implement new procedures and technologies in line with Ascension's mission of healthcare innovation. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Oncology care practices and protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
