In Home Healthcare LVN-Full Time/Part Time Days-Adult Patient

Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Administer medications, track vitals, and report patient status to supervising RN or doctor. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical procedures, and other relevant healthcare topics. Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns. Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
