This role is pivotal in driving our expansion in the fintech market, managing sales processes, and nurturing client relationships within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a robust sales acumen paired with a deep understanding of financial technologies and market trends. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adept at operating within both traditional and emerging sales channels. Capability to understand and discuss financial products and services. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred. Any financial certification or qualification is considered a plus.
