RN Straight Night

Monitor patient health and respond to any changes in their condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Record and maintain accurate patient medical records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care, health maintenance, and disease prevention Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients Participate in regular staff training and development sessions Strong clinical skills in patient assessment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high stress situations Proven ability to work independently Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred but not required
