Restorative Nursing Aide

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing holistic nursing care to improve the physical abilities and quality of life for our patients in underserved communities. As a Restorative Nursing Aide, you will work closely with the restorative and medical team to implement customized care plans that aim to enhance each patient’s functional abilities. This position requires patience, dedication, and a deep understanding of restorative care practices. Assist in the execution of individualized patient care plans aimed at rebuilding or maintaining patient physical abilities. Work closely with physical therapists, nurses, and physicians to provide comprehensive restorative care. Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapies. Educate patients and their families on care techniques and expectations. Ensure the care provided aligns with all safety and health regulations. Proficiency in restorative care techniques and equipment Strong observational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of patient care Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required Additional certification in restorative care or a related field is desirable but not mandatory
