RN Med-Surg Ortho Spine

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively according to physician orders and established policies. Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and wellness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in ongoing education to improve knowledge and skills. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to make critical decisions under pressure Expertise in administering medications and managing pain Proficiency in electronic health record systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification required from the American Heart Association or America Red Cross.
